U rib through U rib installing machine auto-spot welding and install on single plate, U rib process hull auto-welding multi-longitudinal, after positive and negative bias hull welding then can complete the whole welding work, use U rib unit straightening machine to straighten U rib. Greatly improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
2). Assembly line is equipped with two sets of U rib assembly machine, four U rib mounting areas.
3). Welding line is equipped with 8 sets of swing type anti-distortion jig and welding fixture, four 5 heads U rib double wire gas shielded welding machine.
